What services are you looking for?
Copy edit: The Imperative copy edit includes a line edit of your writing project, with corrections to spelling, grammar, word usage, sentence structure, punctuation, cross-references, and consistency (i.e., style, timeline, names, etc.). Also includes a fact-check of all general information related to your project.
Proofread: The Imperative proofread is a lighter edit, focusing on spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and typos. It also includes a brief assessment of other potential concerns (e.g., word usage, consistency, factual errors, etc.).
Most editing and proofreading at Imperative takes place in Microsoft Word Track Changes. Other formats are available for an additional cost.
